To provide the service, authenticate users, meter usage, prevent abuse, improve reliability, investigate incidents, comply with law, and communicate updates.
Model traffic and providers
API traffic routed through Junglething may be processed by upstream providers. You are responsible for your own legal, security, and data-governance obligations.
Retention
We retain account, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with law. Request logs may be retained for shorter operational windows.
Security
Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards protect service data. No system is perfectly secure.
International use
Junglething is operated by a Canadian research and product team. Infrastructure or subprocessors may operate in other jurisdictions.
